Ty is a dedicated fitness professional with over a decade of experience helping people unlock their potential in health and performance. His client-centered approach blends physical training, nutrition, and mindset development—equipping clients with the tools to thrive both inside and outside the gym.

He holds certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), FMS Level 1 & 2 practitioner, Precision Nutrition Coach (PN1), Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms), Certified Performance Specialist (XPS), and Integrated Kinetic Neurology (IKN) practitioner—bringing a wide toolkit to support every stage of a client’s journey.

A former collegiate basketball player, Ty has trained a diverse range of people—from professional athletes and executives to celebrities and first-time gym-goers. His expertise has also been tapped by premier brands like Nike and Jordan Brand.
